The Economic Empowerment Center, Inc., is located in Orange Park, FL.  However, we serve all residents of Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia. The Center's purpose is to prove basic, easy to understand personal finance programs that empower citizens to make positive financial choices, thus changing their financial future, and the financial future of their descendants.
